Payment timing
Charged at purchase. Auto-renewing plans charge again on each renewal date.
Service delivery timing
Available immediately upon successful purchase.
Returns / cancellation / refunds

Monthly plans:

Cancel anytime via App Store / Google Play subscription management. Service continues until the next renewal date. Refunds not generally provided.

Yearly plans:

Refund requests can be submitted to App Store / Google Play within 14 days of purchase (subject to Apple's / Google's discretion).

We do not issue direct refunds. See section 5 of our Terms of Service.
